WHAT TO BELIEVE FOR IN 24

“IF WE ASK ANYTHING IN ACCORDANCE TO HIS WILL, HE HEARS US.” 1 John 5:14

Welcoming The New Year! As Followers of Jesus, shouldn't we have great Expectations? We have heard it said, "Expectancy is the breeding ground for a miracle." With a fresh clean calendar year in view, what are you expecting? Knowing this from God's Word, "If we ask anything in accordance to His will, He hears us" 1 John 5:14. Also in knowing, “He watches over His Word to perform it.” Jeremiah 1:12. We, as Followers should know His Word and Pray His Word. Our Expectations should be monumental as we align our desires to His.

Here Again the Team leaders at Shiloh are sharing. This month being the very beginning of 2024, we have listed below a few things that We are praying for and We are believing for in 2024.

"In 2024, I eagerly anticipate the wonders ahead with hope and faith, believing that God's perfect plan guides us. My dreams center on fostering a home brimming with love, laughter, and cherished moments, deepening our family bonds. Additionally, embracing my role as a dreamer, I look forward to the manifestation of long- held aspirations. Let's enter the new year with open hearts, steadfast faith, and the anticipation that, with love and commitment, dreams do come true. My Scripture for 2024 is Proverbs 3:5-6.

“I am continuing this 2024 and with even more Great Expectations because of the urgency of the Times. I believe 2024 will be a breakthrough year when Family has such an undeniable encounter with Holy Spirit that this encounter changes everything and they give their whole hearts in repentance and surrender to HIS WILL for their lives. I believe they will have such passion for Jesus that they will participate in great exploits with Him in these intense, strategic days that we are in. I believe they will be All In for HIS Glory. Ezekiel 11:19-20”

“As a couple we go to the Lord and ask God Himself to disciple our children. Like the friends who lowered the man through the roof to be healed by Jesus, we lay our children down at Jesus’ feet. We confess:
• That we can’t heal them.
• That we can’t deliver them.
• That we can’t change their hearts.
• That we can’t reach the broken places or even comfort them when they’re hurting.

But God can do all those things, and He will. This year we are expecting God to work in our children according to Isaiah 54:13.”

“As a Bond-Servant of Jesus Christ I believe that those who live a life of abandonment for the cause of Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit will reveal God’s intention for the year 2024 (Amos 3:7). What I believe The LORD is revealing to me is that we as The Body of Christ need to be prepared for a soul harvest. One of my favorite verses is Colossians 1:28, “We proclaim with all wisdom, so that we may present every person complete in Christ. For this purpose, I also labor according to His power which works mightily within me.” This life verse is telling the Body of Christ to be mature so that we can Disciple the souls of Men, Women and Children. I believe the LORD is preparing us for End Time Revival for the Harvesting of souls, for The Kingdom of God.”

“This year, I ask the Lord that people slowdown from the busyness of life and enjoy what God has done for them and or is to do. In doing this, we will find ourselves in fruits of joy and peace that only comes from the Holy Spirit. I am expecting people to take Ime with Jesus and build a true relationship with Him. In doing so, they will find hope, peace, and joy. I pray that God, the source of all hope, will infuse your lives with abundance of joy and peace amid your faith so that your hope will overflow through the power of the Holy Spirit. Romans 15:13”

I'm so thankful for what God has done in my life already this last year. I can only expect it to get bigger and better as I continue walking with the Lord. I see great things happening at Shiloh Church & Ministry. I believe God views us as vessels fit for His use and He is preparing us for the flood gates to be open. I'm excited to see what he has in store for all of us and I just know in my heart it will be a magnificent year.

In 2024, I anticipate God's continued outpouring of unfailing love for His children, bringing more of His presence into my life and the body of Christ. May the glory of the Lord shake the hearts and souls of the wayward and those in slumber. I pray Matthew 5:16 over the body of Christ for the proclamation of Jesus throughout all nations, with our light shining brightly to glorify God. May 2024 be blessed for supporters, friends, and families, and I pray for the restoration of hearts in all newsletter readers.

"What are you praying for? What are your expectations for 2024? We love the old poem that is full of truth: 'You are coming to a king, large petitions with you bring, for His grace and power are such that you cannot ask t much?'"
