No Matter What

“They did not love their lives even unto the death.” Revelation 12:11b

Dark is getting darker, & deception is deeper & more widespread. This however is not a newsflash. Followers of Christ, that are redeemed by His Blood, that study His word, & have intimate relationship with Him, know this is what Jesus told us in Matthew 24. The days we are living in are intense, but yet exciting.

Holy Spirit has indeed ignited a massive passion in the hearts of the Redeemed, to be bolder than ever before, and to lift up The Name of Jesus with the Authority that Jesus has given to us. We are seeing the urgency of the time, and we know we cannot be casual or miss opportunities that have been literally placed in our laps. There is a clear distinction now between good and evil. There is a neon light on those that are all in, even to the point of death. “They overcame the enemy by the blood of The Lamb and by the words of their testimonies, & they did not love their life even unto the death.” (Revelation 12:11).

The word of God is clear. “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, & do not be dismayed, for The Lord your God is with you wherever you go.” (Joshua 1:9). The Lord has commissioned His Followers to go and tell this Good News. It is not a suggestion but a commandment. Far too long, many have sat back complacent on the sidelines & not walking out their marching orders. There are various reasons why some that confess Jesus as their Savior & Lord have remained silent in sharing their Faith openly & with anyone in their path or sphere of influence. Complacency, Fear, Lukewarmness, distractions, Sin, opposition, rejection, even to the twisting of our words and scandal, are to name a few of the reasons why not.

The early Christians faced persecution & death often for being a bold witness. Our brothers & Sisters across the globe are being persecuted on going. We are seeing persecution unto death for Boldness & Faith in Christ happen in our nation. It is true that not everyone will have ears to hear, eyes to see, & a heart to receive. In the New Testament, Paul quoted Isaiah 53:1, in Romans 10:16, “But they have not all obeyed the Gospel.” The Greek word akoe translated report means message, specifically the preaching of The Gospel. You notice, Paul stated that not all who heard the report believed it. This did not stop Paul from sharing the message nor should it stop us. The Apostle Paul suffered severe persecution along his journey as a bold witness for Christ that would not be silenced. He was beaten 5 times with 39 lashes, 3 times he was beaten with rods, once he was stoned almost to death, three times he was shipwrecked, he endured hunger, thirst, nakedness, cold, sleeplessness, & the ongoing deep concern for the Churches. (2 Corinthians 11:16-33).

The Apostle Paul was finally beheaded in Rome. Paul did not shrink back. After his encounter with Christ, He was all in. nothing or no one could silence him until it was allowed by God for his physical death. Our Nation is currently experiencing an awakening that has been sparked by the passion of bold faith, & love for Christ that led to persecution unto death. May we as true followers of Christ keep sharing to all, no matter what. The days in which we are living in will reveal to whom you belong. Gone are the days of one foot in the world & one foot in the Church. Are you all in, No matter what?
