This month there will be many that will attend Churches and celebrate Resurrection Sunday. It is polled by Barna Group that more people attend Churches on Christmas and Easter than any other time of the year. Most Americans consider Easter a religious holiday, but fewer correctly identify and personally live out a lifestyle depicting the significance.
Resurrection Sunday although designated as a holiday is not to be a seasonal annual event. For the devoted follower of Christ, it is every day and very personal.

The resurrection of Jesus Christ is the essence of the Christian Faith. Without Jesus’ being raised from the dead there is no redemption. The resurrection is the greatest event in history. It is the most significant expression of The Power of God on behalf of believers. It is the cornerstone of Gospel Promise. Because Christ conquered Death, He conquered sin. He is our reconciliation payment.

The Apostle Paul identifies some key things that would be invalid if Christ had not risen from the dead. Our entire hope for all of eternity and having reconciled and made to be the Righteousness of Christ is based upon these truths.
If Christ has not been raised from the dead then our Faith is futile, and we are still held captive to our sins. (1 Corinthians 15:17).

If Christ has not been raised from the dead, then our preaching, witnessing, proclaiming Jesus is in vain. (1 Corinthians 15:14).

If Christ has not been raised, we are found misrepresenting God (False Witness) (1 Corinthians 15:15).

If Christ has not been raised, then those that have fallen asleep In Christ have perished.

If Christ has not been raised, then we are the most pitied. (1 Corinthians15:19).

Jesus’ Brutal Death of Crucifixion, and then the resurrection on the 3rd day has to be personal to every follower of Christ. We must each encounter HIM and know HIM intimately. This is the purpose of Resurrection Power. You cannot know Christ without The Power of HIS Resurrection.

There would be no reconciliation and no intimate worship without The Resurrection. There would be no hearing The Voice of God without the resurrection of Christ. There would be no Grace without The Resurrection.

There would be no Peace without The Resurrection. There would be no Protection without The Resurrection.
There would be no Hope without The Resurrection. There would be no Wisdom without The Resurrection.
There would be no desire to give our lives & share HIM with others without The Resurrection.
There would be no Eternal Dwelling with Him Forever without The Resurrection.
Everything would be utterly futile without The Resurrection of Christ.

JESUS AND HIS RESURRECTION IS THE CHIEF CORNERSTONE OF EVERYTHING!
HE IS OUR RECONCILIATION PAY to get back to The Father. NO OTHER! “I must know HIM, & The Power of HIS Resurrection, & The fellowship of HIS Sufferings, becoming like HIM unto Death.” Phil.3:10.

Who is Jesus to you on a personal level? How will you celebrate THE RESURRECTION OF CHRIST? Will it be a day, or is it everyday with you? If it’s not every day, We must say, DO YOU REALLY KNOW HIM ?
