Recently we saw a video clip of someone that has studied, written books, commentaries and taught The Word of God for decades, but we were disturbed and quite sad in our spirit after viewing what he had to say. He was expressing during an interview that Divine Healings no longer take place and that signs miracles and wonders ended when the early Apostles passed on. Concerned for him as well as his viewing audiences, we therefore offered up prayer for him immediately asking God to forgive him and give him encounters with the sweet Holy Spirit. Interestingly this is nothing new to report regarding controversy over Divine Healings, signs and miracles. This continues to be an ongoing debate since Jesus walked the earth during His Earthly Ministry. Many have tried to discredit The Work and move of God, even  at times to the point of contributing it to satan, because of their lack of personal encounters with The Holy Spirit of God.
 
For those that have been touched by the Lord, you cannot rob them of the encounter, for it is forever etched upon their heart, and explodes in testimonials given by them over and over again. This wells up more faith in them and also produces a harvest in someone else’s life that hears, receives, and believes. Literally hundreds of deliverances have been witnessed at Shiloh Ministries as men have submitted to The Sovereign Lord and cried out to Him for help, with a posturing of themselves as a willing participant to receive. In addition we have also had the privilege of experiencing and seeing divine physical healings that were actually documented as diagnosed incurable diseases, and physical maladies that would have required surgical interventions. There were also abnormalities that were extremely painful, and high fevers with infections, not to exclude the vast numbers of healings that these men of Shiloh have received and manifested by evidence of no withdrawals from years of substance abuse. Time and time again we have been privileged with God’s Presence as He ushered in His divine intervention for healing.
 
 One Shiloh Student experienced a serious injury while playing basketball in which the x-ray revealed the fibula bone completely separated and requiring surgical intervention. This was quite a dilemma for us as this man would have had to leave Shiloh, and go through a lengthy recovery after surgery and on top of that would have been indebted financially. Shiloh Staff and Students sought God earnestly with prayer and God turned the situation totally around as evidenced by the report from an Orthopedic Surgeon. The Student was completely healed with no surgery involvement.  Another Shiloh Student had been diagnosed with Hepatitis C and had blood work indicating abnormally high liver enzymes, with major liver damage. Understanding the seriousness of his condition he submitted himself to God, prayed, worshipped, and being intently focused upon God’s Word began to fast. He reports that during this time God showed him a vision of his whole body and only a pure white substance was running through his veins, arteries, and every organ and organ system. He says he knew at that instance he was healed, and since then he has had blood work that confirmed his liver enzymes to be normal. He is a Shiloh Graduate that is quite healthy, that is a powerful witness of God and His love, mercy, forgiveness, and power to heal and deliver. You cannot keep him silent regarding the testimonies of His Lord, and Savior.
 
 In 2002 we had taken the Shiloh Students to a Joyce Meyer Conference and were eagerly anticipating what God was going to reveal to us during that meeting. It was a lengthy time of Praise and Worship before the message would begin and we remember this vividly as Pastor Rocky received a Divine touch from God, resulting in a physical healing. Pastor Rocky was in some intense  pain because of bone spurs in both feet. Standing up for seemingly a long time and putting pressure on those spurs during Praise and worship was quite unbearable. But as he stood and worshipped he cried out to God to heal him, saying, “Lord, You know I want to stand here and worship You, please take this pain from me.” Suddenly in the midst of worship, Joyce Meyer came forward with words of Knowledge from the Holy Spirit. She called out all sorts of infirmities and let it be known that God was present and He was healing. She named heart problems, lung problems, back problems, but not Rocky’s problem. Pastor Rocky was extremely disappointed, frustrated, and quietly within his spirit talking to God said, “Me Lord, Me!!!!” And Joyce Meyer paused for a bit and then said, “Oh yes and He is healing bone spurs too.”  Pastor Rocky immediately took hold of that Word, believed and then received his healing. He began to shout and Praise God with a loud voice of thanksgiving. He was immediately delivered from Bone Spurs; “No More Bone Spurs to this Day.” Hallelujah!
 
There are actually too many testimonies to share regarding Divine Healings and Deliverances that we have experienced for ourselves and seen regarding these Students and their family members. There are many others as well, but limited space on this paper to record all that the Lord has done! You cannot convince us that signs, miracles and wonders have passed away with the early Apostles. No! You cannot! For we are walking testimonies of His Goodness! “How God anointed Jesus, with the Holy Spirit and with power and He went about doing good and healing all those oppressed of the devil for God was with Him.” Acts: 10: 38 is referring to Jesus and the way He went about His Earthly Ministry, as He flowed with the Presence of His Heavenly Father, always manifesting goodness, and ministering to those who were in need of deliverance from evil. Isaiah and Luke both tell us that the Spirit of The Sovereign Lord was upon Jesus to preach Good News to the poor, to bind up the broken hearted, proclaiming that captives would be released, the blind would see, the oppressed would be set free, and that the time of The Lord’s Favor had come. Jesus is the same yesterday, today, and forever (Heb. 13:8). The Holy Spirit is active and moving in the midst of those who will but ask, believe and receive. So, the answer to the title question is “True.” Signs miracles and wonders are still happening today all over the globe. They have never ceased. Therefore let no one talk you out of what you need from GOD. The answer is found in Jesus Christ. He is undeniably True and not false!  For He is able and He is willing.
