Elaborate in Design

"I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Marvelous are Your works, And that my soul knows very well. My frame was not hidden from You, When I was made in secret, And skillfully wrought in the lowest parts of the earth. Your eyes saw my substance, being yet unformed. And in Your book they all were written, The days fashioned for me, When as yet there were none of them. How precious also are Your thoughts to me, O God! How great is the sum of them!" (Psalms 139:14-17)
Oh the wonder of God’s hand in making us as human beings. The Lord was very elaborate in the making of man. He did it all in foreknowledge of what we would become. He formed & fashioned us to become the children of God. “For you did not receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption by whom we cry out, "Abba, Father." The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God, and if children, then heirs--heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ, if indeed we suffer with Him, that we may also be glorified together. Romans 8:15-17. He desired a people that would love Him because of what has been revealed to them by His spoken Word. “Your eyes saw my substance, being yet unformed. And in Your book they all were written, The days fashioned for me, When as yet there were none of them. How precious also are Your thoughts to me, O God! How great is the sum of them! Psalms 139:16-17. What is the Psalmist saying? David who pinned this Psalm  was describing his intimate encounters with God. He discovered that he was a man on discovery. The more he sought God the greater the reward was concerning his discovery. He found that loving God opened the door for communion. In David’s place of worship God shared His heart with him about His faithfulness & dedication in completing what He said about David. It is written in God’s Word everything that we need to know about Him & His plan for our lives. The amazing thing is it is intimate & personal. It speaks to every person on planet earth. In Luke 4:4 Jesus said, "It is written, 'Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God.” Again Christ said the Word’s that I speak are “Spirit & Life” (John 6:63). “For the Bread of God is He who comes down from heaven and gives life to the world." Then they said to Him, "Lord, give us this bread always." And Jesus said to them, "I am the bread of life. He who comes to Me shall never hunger, and he who believes in Me shall never thirst. John 6:33-35. True Life begins with a relationship with Christ by faith in His blood & His Finished work on Calvary. In the Old Testament it is recorded of God speaking through anointed messengers (Prophets, Judges, Kings & Priest). God used these anointed vessels to speak to man about His love for man. All the while God was preparing man for Salvation to come by Christ at an appointed time. “ But when the fullness of the time had come, God sent forth His Son, born of a woman, born under the law, to redeem those who were under the law, that we might receive the adoption as sons (Galatians 4:4-5). In the fullness of time the Lord sent Christ Jesus to redeem man. But the mission Of Christ Jesus was not just to save us from a devils hell. It is not fire insurance! It is about mans place as a co-laborer in Christ. It is for man to fulfill all that he was created to do. He was created to re-present Christ here on Earth. It is in being a “new creation in Christ” (2 Corinthians 5:17) that we present Christ Jesus to a confused, lost planet & demonstrate to the demonic powers of their defeat. “To make all see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the ages has been hidden in God who created all things through Jesus Christ; to the intent that now the manifold wisdom of God might be made known by the church to the principalities and powers in the heavenly places, according to the eternal purpose which He accomplished in Christ Jesus our Lord, in whom we have boldness and access with confidence through faith in Him” (Ephesians 3:9-12). It is King Jesus & His Kingdom here on Earth. It is God who holds the truth to man’s glorious future. Man is not to be a slave to sin, but destined to be a son of God. “And because you are sons, God has sent forth the Spirit of His Son into your hearts, crying out, "Abba, Father!" Therefore you are no longer a slave but a son, and if a son, then an heir of God through Christ” (Galatians 4:6-7). God invites man to come & “taste that the Lord is Good” (Psalms. 34:8). He is the greatest curiosity in the whole universe. He stirs man’s interest in the spiritual to draw man to the Solution of life & its mysteries that man is on discovery to find. Paul writes in 1 Corinthians 2:12-14, “Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, that we might know the things that have been freely given to us by God. These things we also speak, not in words which man's wisdom teaches but which the Holy Spirit teaches, comparing spiritual things with spiritual. But the natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; nor can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned. If man does not have understanding of God’s perfection in designing him, then he is ignorant of his purpose for life. “Man is fearfully & wonderfully made” (Psalms 139:14). He was designed for love, communion & fellowship with his Creator.

Question: Who are you & who do you belong too?
